Customized Item Security for Loyalty Customers

Congurable Option – Loyalty Overrides & Trust Level List

(Security Options)

•  If the POS or CRM system has the

capability to assign a level of trust to a

loyalty shopper, the trust value can be

passed to the lane and used to adjust

any of the loyalty override values.

•  CHEC has a list of precongured values

dened as “Complete”. “High”,

“Medium”, and “Low”.

•  Then for each one of the loyalty

overrides, trust levels can be assigned.

Change only the overrides needed.

•  The values can be higher or lower than

the defaults.

•  There is no validation on any of the

values entered so the integrator must

ensure that they are entered properly

(e.g. boolean values as true or false,

timers as integert, etc.)
